YourLoanUpdate.com is a department of Commtraxx Pty Limited. This service was conceptualised and developed by the Commtraxx Development team in response to a clear need for a simplified web hosting solution for Commtraxx Web Publishing. We are therefore in a unique position in that we are able to provide end to end support for Commtraxx web publishing processes.

How secure are my YourLoanUpdate published documents? How can I be sure that nobody else can see my published material?

YourLoanUpdate.com is segregated into completely separate blocks. When you subscribe, you are assigned an isolated ftp account that no other subscriber can access. Your account is password protected, as are each of your published documents. This means that only you can see the list of files that you have saved to the web server, and only your clients to whom you have issued a user name and password, can access individual published loan file updates.

How is my YourLoanUpdate published material "badged" with my company name?

When you set up your YourLoanUpdate.com account, you will be asked to assign yourself an account name. This name will be incorporated into the URL link that you will provide to referrers/writers and clients to whom you wish to grant access to your published material. For example, if you call your account AcmeHomeLoans, your URL links to your loan file update pages will all start with "http://www.YourLoanUpdate.com/AcmeHomeLoans/".

Do I need to have an existing website to publish material to YourLoanUpdate and allow my clients to access files?

No. If you don't have an existing website, you will simply provide your clients, referrers and writers with a direct link to either your own YourLoanUpdate login page (this is provided free of charge when you subscribe) or to their own published files. This can be easily accomplished with automatic e-mailing functionality within Commtraxx.
